Pros

I worked at ITS for over 10 years. I was a product of there Associate Engineer Program. While working at ITS I was continually challenged to grow my skill set and take on more and more responsibility. Moving along the consulting ranks brought bigger and bigger customers to implement solutions for. This company has survived when i have seen many other competing organizations close down. They continue to adapt and change with the demand. You will see negative reviews from others regarding Change. This is a Technology Consulting firm, If they did not change they would have closed the doors down like other firms have. If you cannot embrace Change, this is not going to be the organization for you and neither will working in the field of IT. If you are just getting started in your career, or your looking to obtain diversification of company experience. I can't think of a better way to obtain more experience while working with great people at the same time. You will make mistakes while consulting leadership is going to have your back.

Cons

They are a Partner who only Partners with a small amount of vendors. This can be seen as both a Pro and a Con. When a vendor changes or tweaks a Partner Program this will have impacts on ITS.

Pros

I worked at ITS Partners for over 3 years and it was a great experience for me. ITS is a consulting company that I felt had great values and tried its very best to make work / life balance a priority. When it was time for me to move to another opportunity with another company, they very much impressed me with the understanding that it was the best thing for me and my family, which I am still very grateful for. They also allow consultants while traveling to use their own hotel and airline loyalty accounts and it was a great perk and good way to gain airline/hotel status pretty quickly. I always felt that it was a very family like environment and that the leadership had my best interest at heart, both professionally and personally.

Cons

For consultants, travel is required however they made it very clear up front in interviews, etc. so that it was not a surprise for me and on multiple occasions upper management would check in to make sure I wasn't getting burned out and offered to provide some time off the road if needed. It is the nature of the business sometimes and just something you have to be accepting of going in to it. If you are a remote employee it is sometimes easy to get in your own "bubble" so you will need to take initiative to collaborate with other remote employees and those that come in to the office, but honestly that is the case anywhere. It is one of the those things that comes with working remotely.
