ITS Construction from a recruitment consultant - Internal Recruiter ITS Construction Employee Review

I have only been at the company a few weeks but already I have had some targets set for me over the next 6 months, I have had some training already and had more pencilled in for later dates. Generally my experience has been a very positive one so far.

I genuinely haven't experienced any so far so I cant really comment.

I've been working for I.T.S for a little over 2 years now, the best thing about working for I.T.S is the people around you. There's always a great atmosphere in the office which is important to me, being happy in the workplace. There is also plenty of opportunities for career progression, the management staff provide full support and training to ensure you reach your goals and aspirations.

In my opinion more modern office facilities would be beneficial.
