Pros

I’ve been at ITRS for 3.5+ years, and the standout highlight has been the level of trust and autonomy I’m given to do my role. From early on, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a huge range of initiatives – from internal communications and culture programmes to large-scale global events like Elevate and sales kick-offs. No two months look the same, which keeps things interesting and I’m constantly learning! I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, collaborate across teams, and genuinely influence outcomes rather than just executing tasks. There’s a strong focus on ownership. If you want to take something on, you can. The culture is also a huge positive! There’s a real emphasis on collaboration and supporting each other, which makes a difference when you’re delivering high-impact work. It’s a place where people care about doing a good job and helping each other succeed. Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities shift, but for me that’s part of the appeal. It creates opportunities to get involved in new areas and make an impact. Pros - High level of autonomy and trust - Opportunity to work on varied, high-profile projects (events, comms, transformation initiatives) - Strong cross-team collaboration and exposure to leadership - Lots of opportunities to grow and stretch yourself

Cons

- Pace can be fast and priorities can change - Requires a proactive mindset to make the most of opportunities

Pros

ITRS is at an interesting inflection point. There’s clear investment in the business and a genuine push to modernize both the product and go-to-market approach. What stands out is the relevance of the problem space. Observability, operational resilience, and real-time decisioning are not “nice to have", they’re mission-critical for the firms ITRS serves. That gives the company a strong foundation to build on. There’s also a noticeable effort to bring in experienced operators across the business. When that’s done well, it creates real opportunity to shape strategy rather than just execute against it. For people who want to build, not just maintain, there’s a lot of upside here because ITRS is evolving. There’s definitely room to step in and shape things.

Cons

Like many companies going through transformation, there are still areas where alignment, processes, and internal communication can improve. The bar is rising, expectations are increasing, and not everyone will be comfortable with that shift. Some parts of the organization are moving faster than others, which can create friction in the short term.
