Toxic workplace culture, poor management structure, low salaries, lack of professionalism, and weak communication from leadership. Some director and management roles appeared to be given to people without proper leadership qualifications or management experience. Employee concerns were often ignored, morale was very low, and many employees were actively looking for opportunities to leave the company.
