Pros
ITR actually hires entry level candidates for entry level jobs without requiring 3-5 years of work experience.
Cons
The entire company is dysfunctional with very high turnover rates across all departments. They would rather let go of employees through attrition of extremely low salaries only to endlessly re-hire and train new employees. Over half of my department left in one working year and most people only stay here for 1-2 years. Over 80% of current employees are recent immigrants who are underemployed, underpaid and basically stuck at this company.
