Often, these issues stem from insecurity of "legacy staff" who are insecure about difference & of those who come in & are not part of the system established there; oftentimes spearheaded by the women who rally others.

Fast-paced, lots of opportunities for development and gaining skills on projects.

Productions are usually produced on a very rapid turnaround, but this does mean the junior staff can often get the chance to gain more experience across projects.
