Pros
Focused on solid employee experience; a "happy, healthy people do good work" attitude. Work is very fulfilling and compensated well. Skill growth is encouraged. Very transparent: I don't wonder why things are happening. Big changes are never a surprise and are given time to plan for.
Cons
Not a universal negative aspect, but in IT, you will have to 'figure it out' yourself to a degree and be proactive about understanding the work surrounding your own. People are definitely there to help with this, though.
