Pros
Dependent upon what team your assigned to if you're traveling a lot or not traveling a lot. Work from home when you're not traveling or preparing to travel.
Cons
If you retired from the military don't get low balled like a lot of other retired veterans did, myself included. I was told by a retired veteran that worked in my company that when negotiating your salary the company brings into the equation your retirement check. So you will get paid a significant amount less than a person who is also a veteran but didn't retire. I know this to be true, because I spoke with retired vets and non-retired vets and non-retired vets make more money than retired vets. This is also true with a lot of other companies that contract with the DOD not just this company.
