      Pros

      A great company culture. Employees encoraged to have a learning mindset. Leadership is aware of the needs and stresses on the library community (the customer).

      Cons

      It is hard to advance within the company due to size and lean non-profit environment. Sometimes innitiatives cannot be sustained due to budget considerations.

      The team, the culture, the benefits, the opportunities are all 10/10

      Cons

      I don't really have any, except that in the new political environment, they've taken some pretty big hits. Not their fault, but something I would want to consider as an applicant.

      Amazing mission and purpose. Wonderful, smart people (dwindling...)

      Nathalie Udo can put a target on your back. Your days are numbered. Leadership is focused on keeping salaries and benefits until they can retire.
