Pros
It sort of a job.
Cons
Management only pays attention when you make an honest mistake, then they threaten to fire you. They don't train you. I worked over 60 hrs and got paid about 550 a week after they take 150 out your check for truck and meter. Everyone doesn't do their job and they put all that on you to complete. The equipment works half the time. The back end work os completed half the time. You lose confidence in this company very quickly. Managers call for mandatory meetings at 6:30 am and your last job is 5-7 pm. If you work 12+ hrs a day, nobody says good job. If you want to leave 2 hrs early, they yell at you like a POS. they don't really have equipment so you need to get to warehouse at 6:30 am to avoid the line at warehouse, which is a madhouse. If you are 2nd in line, expect to take half hour. They do recounts of equipment monthly so you need to haul all your equipment back for them to count. When they scan your equipment, it won't transfer all info so it seems like you stole something then they will take it off your paycheck. Your job is to cut as many corners as possible and leave. Do not talk to customers, do not be nice, there is no time for that. Itg will not pay you to run coax in a house if they don't have wireless boxes. To climb a pole and run new coax, they may pay you 20 dollars to risk your life. Nobody cares about you. Seriously, working at McDonalds close to your home would be better.
