Absolutely the worst, most absurd and toxic experience of my professional career. Don’t make the same mistake. - Anonymous employee ITF GROUP Employee Review

Pros

I suppose free lunches on Fridays could be considered a Pro, though it hardly seems worth it given what you’re subjected to Monday through Thursday. There are a few genuinely good people here that I’m glad to have met. Most of those people have either already departed, or are aggressively seeking a way out for a better, more professional opportunity. As one review states, there is heat in the building, so that’s cool. Otherwise, there isn’t much to speak of in regards to Pros or Positives at ITF.

Cons

Favoritism, Nepotism, Questionable Ethics, Unprofessional, Unreasonable, Discrimination… the list of Cons is lengthy. ITF is an HR nightmare waiting to happen. They showcase their worst traits on a daily basis. The mantra here in upper management seems to be that most employees on the floor are void of heart and soul or basic human emotions, and thus they are treated as such. There is absolutely zero regard for the employee experience here. While they may be halfway decent at moving freight, they are undoubtedly terrible at PEOPLE. As a broker here, you have no way to control your own success. Just ask how many times the pay structure has been changed, or how often things have been changed or taken away. You’ll hear the term “growing pains” at least 43 times a day, if not more. It’s their go-to excuse for everything. They are essentially trying to conform the STL office to mirror what some would consider the true “home office” in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (major profit center). American culture, and subsequent labor laws and business ethics, don’t allow for that, as evidenced by the mass exodus that they are beginning to experience in the STL office. As I said, the list of Cons is lengthy. I could go on. My hope here is that I’ve offered enough from my own experience to help someone else not make the same mistake that so many have made by joining ITF Group. Now, cue the broken record response from management stating that my review is wrong, and how great it really is here, in 3…2…1…

Pros

I see negative reviews, but I feel those people may not have been cut out for the logistics industry. The owner is very caring about his employees and like any owner, does not want to be taken advantage of because at the end of the day we are here to make money and have a good time doing it. ITF is very flexible, laid-back, and willing to work with employees on many things. There is an open door policy with all the managers and with the owner and everyone's voice is heard. The management is very smart in their decisions and what they do and as a result, the place has flourished in the last few years.

Cons

This company is still fairly new and as such there is a lot of growing pains and things moving around - new processes and procedures are constantly being put in place which can cause unnecessary stress or unease. Once the kinks are worked out, I don't see how ITF wouldn't be the best company to work for in the Saint Louis area.
