Has the potential to make a huge contribution to the world energy landscape. Pockets of bright, motivated people pushing the cause. A large scale scientific project that pays rather well, especially for the area. Culturally interesting environment.
Cons
High pressure to perform, but some processes, systems not well developed. Political environment comes with member states involved. Serious, but precarious and not stable work environment. HR leadership bullys and plays political games. Variety of cultures presents challenges in communication and expectation.
