Good pay and open communication from management

Jobs are few and far between for creative employees. Most of the business is geared towards technology

I’m not sure where some of these previous reviews were coming from. It looks like some very resentful people wrote in who don’t have much experience actually working on teams and sharing decision-making and workload. I work on the design side and I love the people I get to work with every day. My creative leaders and co-workers are some of the most talented people I’ve ever met but more importantly they are kind, honest and open to everyone sharing ideas for projects. After working in other companies that were filled with nothing but drama and cutthroat egos, it’s great to work in a place where the people around you care about how you’re doing. The talent in this building never stops amazing me, not just design but in every department. I’m hoping that as the company continues to add people the departments will start to come together more. Since we are always working on different projects it can be hard to join up schedules, but maybe in the future there will be more company-wide events to bring everyone together.

Not many. Project work can be high or low but that is the industry and not the company. People without the patience or work ethic for project work may have issues in the industry.
