Pros
- Good Starting Salary - Learn alot but on your Own (Training is non-existent) - I guess good for resume building
Cons
- Culture is not very good, quite bad - There are favoritism running rampant even if the person is incompetent and causing problems - Gray Managers(There are times where your ethics is tested especially when following instructions from said managers) - Training is not the core and not supported, no proper structure in continuous training after initial training. - Work Culture is not good, Will affect your mental wellbeing, not much support for this area. - Not Stable, very dependent on client decision. you are at the mercy of business decision makings, doesn't matter if you work hard or have the right competencies. (Vendor Environment) - no progression
