Don't recommend working here - Internal IT ITCS GROUP Employee Review

Salary is lower than industry standard. Mismanagement at all levels due to lack of experience and technical knowledge. The management does not always make decisions for professional reasons and from time to time acts very unprofessionally in the office. At most companies, staff that behaves in such a way would be fired, but not here. The office space is overcrowded as well, but management refuses to listen to employees complaints. Their only concern seems to be the bottom line and employees are not considered a valuable asset.
