Cons: My time at ITCC Digital Pvt Ltd was truly disheartening. I was initially hired as a Social Media Manager, and I was enthusiastic about the opportunity. However, my experience turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, I was expected to produce high-quality social media content without any substantial guidance or training. Despite being introduced as a Social Media Manager on LinkedIn, I was given no clear understanding of the company's tone, brand, or the specific expectations they had. This lack of orientation and support made my job incredibly challenging. What was even more frustrating was the constant criticism and belittlement I received from the management. They never offered constructive feedback or assistance in improving my skills. Instead, I was repeatedly told that I was performing poorly, which eroded my confidence and motivation. To make matters worse, I was frequently tasked with graphic design work, even though I am not a designer. I was expected to create Canva designs without any relevant training or resources, making me feel overwhelmed and unqualified for the role. The company's work culture was toxic, and I found the management to be highly misogynistic. They made it clear that they did not value my contributions, which created a hostile and demotivating environment.
