Cons
I resigned becuase I could not see any hint of innovation adaptation in the senior management of the factory. They play poliics and cripple talented employees becuse the bosses are too afraid of knowledge and logic. Managers above the rank of senior managers are disconnected from ground level personnel and do not contribute value to the extent they should. Salary disparity is huge. A junior manager earns 30k pm while a senior manager makes more than 300k per month, the former being the more competent of the lot. There is 0 focus on product innovation. People who brjng innovative ideas are ridiculed by their bosses for trying something new.
