      Profitable company Flexibility Hybrid and WFH Stability and Job security

      No or less hikes Hike appraisals are not ontime. They provide late hikes, after 7-8months STI variable pay as also not ontime. and dont pay salary of previous months. Everything is ontime exept salary, STI and hikes. Very strict rules for Timesheet filling if we missed to fill it within timeline even they can deduct our STI and remove us from the hike appraisals cycles, they found a way to save thier money to delayed hike cycles.
