The people at ITAC are truly honest, genuine, good people that care about doing the right thing, and doing right by people. Since it's a small company, we work side-by-side with the owners and managers, which is nice. If we need to leave to take care of personal things, they are very understanding. If we are having problems of any kind, they are there to help. If we have things to celebrate, they are celebrating with us. They stand behind their 4 core values: do the right thing in every situation, be passionate about relationships, be competitive, and have a helping heart. That trickles down throughout the company which is why working here is not for everyone, and why those who love working here, really love it. We're not just co-workers, we're a work family. I would highly recommend working here to anyone who is looking for a great place to work and who lives those 4 core values!
