Pros
The owner is nice and some of my coworkers were, as well. Holiday celebrations and birthdays are good. Benefits, bonuses and incentives are nice.
Cons
The two pros are overshadowed by the terrible leadership with a focus on keeping the same few people's pockets lined while everyone else is run over. Very cliquish teams that are afraid of change and dislike documenting processes for new employees because they want to keep owning the candidate pool, giving new recruiters very little chance to grow with the company. Some account managers are wonderful while others are not supportive at all and are more combative than anything, never feels like you're on the same team with the same goal. Flexibility is touted but is not the reality for people seeking any semblence of a work-life balance.
