      Pros

      Decent pay, day to day coworkers are great

      Cons

      No training, managers will pin their mess ups on you, they communicate by phone call or face to face so there’s no record. Will make false statements to fire you and not allow you to collect unemployment. The hr has reputation for loving to fire people and they will openly tell you that anytime you try to defend yourself. If you don’t work in the office you are expendable.

      Pay. Itac offers decent pay.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. As a PM, you are expected to be available at all times. You will never have time off. Your management will call you at night, weekends, or during your vacation. ITAC is the least diverse company that I have worked with. All the staff are white men and many of whom are vocally racist, but because they have all worked together for years, management allows it to happen. The are not accepting or welcoming of any new employees. The work environment is very back-stabbing, unprofessional, and hostile. There is no advancement opportunities unless you are in the clique
