Pay. Itac offers decent pay.

There is no work life balance. As a PM, you are expected to be available at all times. You will never have time off. Your management will call you at night, weekends, or during your vacation. ITAC is the least diverse company that I have worked with. All the staff are white men and many of whom are vocally racist, but because they have all worked together for years, management allows it to happen. The are not accepting or welcoming of any new employees. The work environment is very back-stabbing, unprofessional, and hostile. There is no advancement opportunities unless you are in the clique
