      Pros

      Highly intelligent people and a great atmosphere and culture. Willing to give you time to learn skills. Everyone open and approachable. Management did well making this a great place to come and work.

      Cons

      Some of the architecture is outdated and quite a lot of very old legacy code exists. Atmosphere and culture changed somewhat prior to acquisition.

      They understand the SAP landscape better than anyone else.

      Not enough time to fill all of the roles.

      Pros

      great work-life balance, no rigid time structure, as long as you get work done well is what company cares, lots of people come back if leave for another employer

      Cons

      no feedback from manager on how well you're doing or what directions things are moving unless there is a meeting that takes place once a year
