is it perfect? no. no company is. there are considerable growing pains, and the CEO does get emotional and doesn’t filter his words many times. personally, I don’t internalize it. I eat the meat and spit out the bones. people are making it sound a lot worse than reality, do not ingest the criticism from few that have posted numerous times who are bitter and seeking vengeance. there are employees here that have been here from the start and have stayed the course on its ups and downs.
