Not a great outlook - HR Manager IT Voice Employee Review

Lots of communication within the company due to the fact that nobody really knows what's going on except the CEO - and he wants to keep it that way. This business is "growing" exponentially, because of capital investment not organic products or services that are outstanding. If you know how to run a business the way the CEO's father did, you will fit right in, if not, good luck figuring it out. There is a very ingrained culture here of "this is how my dad ran it and that worked for Bill, so why change." Also, if you're in a position that costs money but doesn't generate revenue - be prepared to have some random metric or KPI used as a way to grade your performance - even though you'll never actually have a performance review until (see above) you ask for something like a raise and they decide you need to find another job on the sales team or outside of ITVOICE.
