Totally open - I work here I have no qualms in saying that this is a well managed business firstly - and following a great recruitment consultancy (consultancy being the key word)! David and the team are solid, reliable and hardworking people who treat everyone as they'd treat one another - fairly and earnestly. No shortcuts - searches are completed corrected. Frank about working with clients who respect the role of recruitment in growing businesses. Social-able bunch - lunches, evenings out - celebrations - always a laugh etc. Absolute transparency - sharing of ideas - working in the best interest of candidates and clients equally - no politics. Strategically strong. IT Search is a place for the conscientious recruitment or search consultant. Also access to great hardware and tools and senior level mentor-ship. No limitations on geography of roles either - you get to work wherever across a well curated client base. Has done well in consistently being invited for top PSL pitches across industries (and more often than not - winning). Working from home enabled (trust encouraged). Full progression plan in place - there's a career here for those who want one!
Cons
Perhaps total autonomy isn't for everyone? But it beats working in a crazy KPI obsessed environment! (IT Search is output orientated - conversion based on quality search techniques).
