Pros
So I only had the pleasure of being employed just over 4 months before getting laid off. It was sudden, and I was told it was a business decision, which is understandable but no less frustrating. This company was awesome though. Upper management was very engaged in the growth and success of it people, my team was a strong team of closers and always willing to help where they could. I was so fortunate to land this position and spend the time I had here. If given the opportunity, I would rejoin.
Cons
When I joined the company was growing quickly through acquisitions, and I was excited to be a part of the team. Despite the continued growth, I got hit with a surprise layoff. The region I was a part of was the strongest sales team in the entire company, exceeding 200% of annual quota halfway through the year. I was working on a deal that I was poised to close at the end of the month before getting let go. So I'm a little confused as to why our team took the hit instead of the other underperforming teams. Especially given my success in ramping up. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about ITS. It's a great company with awesome people who actually care.
