      Pros

      The only pro is that the position was remote and you are able to pick your own hours. Most of the employees were good to work with.

      Cons

      They DO NOT pay your earned commission if you leave. Owner/CEO is not pleasant to work with, he uses scare tactics even though it is a 100% commission based job and you are essentially working for free. Horrible business model, bad manager. If you take time off they want you to make up the hours so you are working constantly. No appreciation for your hard work. Unless you like working for free and being treated like garbage, STAY AWAY!
