Pros

Sort of flexibility in scheduling although the owner doesn't want to be that flexible. He wants you to work regular 40 hours a week. Although you have "unlimited vacation" it's always an issue if you want to take a good amount of time because the team is so small. The commission structure is good, but good luck making that much money with the success rate the team has.

Cons

100% commission and unpredictable income. The consistency is not there. The owner is a terrible manager. He doesn't know how to motivate people and is always negative. Despite calling his employees "independent contractors," he treats them as regular employees. There is so much turnover, because everyone struggled to make placements expect for one or two people.

IT Pros Response

It is always difficult to read negative comments, especially when they come from someone who knew what they signed up for and has since left the company due to poor performance which is where our negative reviews come from, unfortunately. We are a small and agile team in a fast-paced industry which is not a fit for everyone. Sourcers and Recruiters earn commissions based on successful hires. Our commission structure is very clear and transparent during our interview, offer, and hiring process. The success and prime focus of the team and company is dependant on successful delivery for our clients versus managing or motivating people to do their job. We prefer team members who feel the same way. Although we were not a good fit, we wish you all the best moving forward.

Pros

I don't have positive points.

Cons

Brad makes promises he can't keep. In the job posting and in the interview, he said that working as a Talent Acquisition I could make 100 to 200k per year, but in the year 2023 he only had 5 clients who probably didn't even pay the company's bills. Since the salary is based on commission if the prospect we refer is hired, Brad hired more than 15 Talent Acquisitions who didn't get paid anything. Employee turnover is high because he is a terrible leader. In short, he makes promises he can't keep and is a terrible leader. No wonder IT Pro's Glassdoor rating is only 3 stars. Simply don't waste your time with this company.
