      Pros

      if you are into VMWare this is the only place in AZ

      Cons

      Not loyal to sales teams. I opened up a California territory for them as a Biz Dev rep - then when that was done they tossed me aside.

      Pros

      Not your typical IT company. They gave a wide variety of clients and projects, and aren't tied to the typical managed services model.

      Cons

      The variety can be a bit much at times.
