Get Paid On time. You can manage your own break time. nokne will tell you anything if u take a longer break.
Cons
If you gotta work more you are not getting paid overtime, instead you gotta talk with the supervisor and arrange when you can work less hours another day. Not all employeees follow processes. In general it is like Far West, no unity between departments. Everyone needs to know all. There are not secific roles. There is no organization at all. Bad attitude from time to time from management.
