Pros
No matter what level you are within the business (apprentice to manager) you really can touch all levels within the business being that it is open plan - and I think this is important. There is an incredible culture and sense of community within IT Lab and all the companies within the Big Ideas Group. They are moving forward and have been even when others haven't. Finally and most importantly, I have done a lot of growing up with the company personally and whenever there have been any personal hardships IT Lab and BIG have been nothing but supportive - allowing me the flexibility to manage my time responsibly to achieve work and personal goals....you really can live by the rule that you work to live!
Cons
It's easy to sit in your own bubble in a company and think of what might not suit you well and suggest that is a con - and after reading a few reviews here - it feels that might be their case. I however feel that the only crime or con IT Lab is guilty of is perhaps being "human"...as humans we are flawed. However they are still growing and developing and with this new management and leadership in place I am certainly looking forward to what the future holds.
