No reason to stay this poor managed company.

The company doesn't follow Australian Fair Work Act. The "unpaid" intern's duties are similar to that of paid employees. No training, no coaching, no opportunity to become a regular employee. They hired several interns in different roles, but treated them as "free and disposable worker", which they could recruit as many as they want. According Fair Work Act, the company "have to" pay the minimum wages if the job duties contribute the company.
