Pros

-Very helpful colleagues -United team of co-workers -Multi involving & interesting projects

Cons

-Many times there was not information sharing from the top management to ther rest of the team, that was causing problems -The task/project handling from the top management was almost non-existent. We often had to complete tasks within the same day, which were obviously not 100% ready for production -The behavior from the top management was sometimes rude

Pros

Helpful employees and teamwork ("if the company allows it")

Cons

Based on the experiences of former employees, if you're seeking a healthy and balanced work life, look elsewhere. This company does not pay for overtime—and I’m not talking about an extra 30 minutes here and there, but over an hour every single day. The CEO frequently yells at employees for supposedly not being productive, even when they're giving up personal time to cover for his own shortcomings with clients. He’s been known to say things like, “You’ll be useless outside this company,” and “I work 24 hours a day.” To top it off, he proudly claims to be the CEO of a "7-hour company"—despite employees regularly working more than 8 hours daily. The hypocrisy is real. Expect plenty of rude and unprofessional remarks that can genuinely affect your mental health. If you're thinking, "Maybe I should speak to HR," don’t bother. Requesting paid overtime or voicing concerns might just get you laughed at. Even sick days or medical check-ups are treated with suspicion, with comments like, “If you take off the hand plaster, there won’t even be a needle mark under it.” The company is severely understaffed and has been for years. After nearly three years there, I can confidently say nothing has changed to support or protect the employees who remain. Eighteen people left or were let go without notice, and the CEO still talks badly about them—even though they gave everything to help the company progress. Finally, be very careful who you trust. It’s a toxic environment, and navigating it feels more like surviving a jungle than working in a professional setting.
