      Pros

      - Knowing more basics about software house companies.

      Cons

      - Low salaries (not very low). - Very bad management. - HR's not professional at all. - CEO is a bad person in dealing with others. - Environment isn't controlled, a lot of problems with employees. - Bad place for developers, quite good for Backend Developers, so bad for Frontend Developers. - No clear plan for anything, some projects took more than 8 years with no clear reason. - Very old technologies.
