      Pros

      They really take a work life balance seriously here. The owner really believes that first comes your family, yourself and the company is third. He runs a fair business when it comes to expectations and pays competitively.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and vision. This company has the ability to go far, just needs more direction.

      Great coworkers and clients. Variety of work every day.

      Terrible management by CEO. Low pay and no advancement opportunities. No parking. Did I mention the horrible CEO?
