      --Interesting projects (interesting = with potential for your growth as a developer) --Adequate PM's --Regular salary review --Amazing people!!! Including management and HR team --Free lunchs (not perfect, but still good) I left ISsoft only because I moved to Poland with my husband.

      --No cookies --No office in Poland :D
