No one respect the employee, even a office boy. When i joined the company i forward the formalities document to every HR in a company, even though all are copied in CC. For a tea or Water you have to request like HR department to Office boy. Normally i dont believe in online review. May be some stupid employee who always complain company. Now the fact is not employee the company management. All the time politics, you will be respected in Office based on your team revenue. Also you will be fired at any time if Top management dont like you.
