      Flexible work timings supportive management good work environment will get salary on the last day of each month even its holiday. no delay for incentives.(ref to my previous company)

      over responsibilities getting few days leave is complicated telephonic reporting for each hours

      The worldload is breath taking .... don't expect anything rest time besides of two 10 mins law-required breaks ..... TAs almost work the whole time as long as the campus opens, no big breaks during the school years and summers....
