      Pros

      The client is very appreciative of the agent's welfare. If it is needed to have a wfh set-up due to typhoon, they will accommodate.

      Cons

      They expect agent to perform well, meaning they are not allowed to have a minimal error in processing clients' invoices but their support is WORST!! They are giving contracts with different name (not double checking before sending out) not following Data Privacy. It looks like they are not serious on their work

      Pros

      Excellent mentorship from it department, especially the IT Team lead. Good workplace environment and workmate chemistry.

      Cons

      The elevator was broken and you had to hike 4 floors to reach the office location. the location is also a bit dangerous due to multiple mugging instances.
