      Haha I can not think of any.

      Cons

      I was layed off just before Christmas likely due to my age. Yes I have made some mistakes over the years, but between my age and a jealous coworker spying on my MRI pms I was canned for Christmas. I was also paid less than younger guys that did not know or do half of what I am capable of.

      Extensive training available. Engineers work together as a team. Support access when needed. Tools and test equipment provided when needed. Ability to develop and advance to different levels. Experience base to support growth.
