Lots of small companies are "focused on growth" but have no plan or path to get there. The ISON team works well together and each employee is given a great deal of latitude and support to do their job in a way that taps in to their own creativity and ideas.

Small companies have lots of ebbs and flows...working for a company driving for big results is not for the weak of heart! That said, if you like a challenge this is an interesting company to keep an eye on.
