      Feeling Valuable, work is important, company benefits and culture, encouragement from supervisors and upper management, linear career path, travel, community oriented

      1. Work Life Balance is strong and promoted well 2. Company Culture 3. Mgmt. that actively promotes autonomy while fostering team and individual goals 4. perfect middle ground between large 1000+ employee company and start up. You dont feel like a number 5. On product side of the house, not competitive and promotes teamwork and group success 6. Hybrid work environment

      Cons

      1. can feel fast paced at times, which can sometimes lead to long(er) work hours 2. Hybrid work environment can be viewed as a Con (travelling into Dallas 2+ times a week)
