      Good wages, opportunities to travel, good parties

      Cons

      Management (Directors and VPs) already have their favorites. If you end up on Steel, you're likely going to do well at ISN. Overwork their employees. Client dev expectations are to prospect, maintain client relationships, configure software, increase contractor subscriptions, internal projects, etc. Many of these are captured by different teams at any other tech company.

      1. Work Life Balance is strong and promoted well 2. Company Culture 3. Mgmt. that actively promotes autonomy while fostering team and individual goals 4. perfect middle ground between large 1000+ employee company and start up. You dont feel like a number 5. On product side of the house, not competitive and promotes teamwork and group success 6. Hybrid work environment

      1. can feel fast paced at times, which can sometimes lead to long(er) work hours 2. Hybrid work environment can be viewed as a Con (travelling into Dallas 2+ times a week)

      Great compensation, great benefits and insurance. Good opportunities to move up

      Workload is a lot but very manageable, you have to like the company and your coworkers a lot to stay there many years.
