Pros
I have been working at ISL Recruitment for nearly a year now and they have by far exceeding my expectations of what I look for in a great employer. I have worked in 2 other recruitment companies which were ok, but ISL manage to live and breathe their core values, not just preach them! We are genuinely left alone to manage our own workload and as long as we are performing it stays that way!
As and when you need help, you get coaching and support, rather than being beaten with a stick like in other companies. Also, the perks and incentives are constant, and not just for top billers, they make sure everyone has a chance by keeping the criteria varied each time.
The salary structure/commission structure is also definitely the best I have heard of, especially in Bristol.
They have recently introduced flexible working so not only can you leave at 5.30 with most of the office (again, unheard of in recruitment), but you can leave at 5pm everyday if you've hit your targets!
If the office hit's it's overall target for the week (which is pretty much every week), we leave at 4.30pm.
We get Friska breakfasts delivered to the office every Friday :-)
I'm not sure there is much else to say!! #Dreamjob
Cons
It would be nice to have ISL own toilets rather than shared with other companies (not the end of the world).
It would be good if performing consultants, not just Principles, could work from home 1 day a week.
A Nutribullet in the kitchen would be good
I literally cannot think of anything else!
