Absolutely nothing positive to mention. This company is a complete bhangar from top to bottom — unprofessional, exploitative, and toxic. They hire at low salaries, make you work day and night with no time limits, and expect you to stay till late regardless of your personal life. For a full year, they’ll extract every drop of work, but when it comes to appraisals or salary hikes, they’ll either delay it for months or fire people in bulk just to save money. The co-owner/so-called managers like Amit, Sanjay, and Raju have a pathetic and regressive mindset. No leadership, no respect, just ego and dictatorship. HR is just a puppet. There’s no value for employees, no process, no structure. Avoid this company at all costs. Joining here means signing up for stress, zero growth, and mental torture.
