Pros
- Not having too much traditional Japanese working culture/habit - Having good reputation from other companies (e.g. easy to change jobs) - Most of the employees are nice and good persons to hang out with - Payment is pretty good if you compare with other competitors - Able to work remotely (at least until 2023)
Cons
- Bureaucratic, at some extent - Difficult to challenge something new - Not international, little (or no) diversity - Work long hours, depending on the department you are in
