Pros
Nothing is good about the company not culture not the management. They always look to demoralize the employee by cutting the salary and not giving the proper employee benefit.
Cons
They are really bad, they cheating to client, cheating the employee. I will not suggest to either work with this company not for company. If any how you join the company than they will not release you any how even you are ready to give a proper notice. They will not give you a salary for your last month. Even i saw one positive feedback, which i got to know that it's the company sponsor ( the Sr employee who got employment for US and after joining of him the company really got bad) Even HR is also providing option to Management (Director) that how to deduct the salary from employee. Director is always looking for deducting the money from the employee, by forcing the different policy even without notifying to employee. AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF RELATIONSHIP
