Pros

C-suite genuinely seems to care about their employees. They know who each person is and are friendly any time you have an interaction.

Cons

While I appreciate the C-Suite and their caring nature, there is a leadership problem throughout this organization. Decisions are regularly made, in effort to follow advice of consultants, as opposed to designing and driving a direction decided from the top. At the functional level, there are people operating who have no recent sales experience, so they really are out of touch with what it takes to have success. They have limited support for their sales people and have fostered a culture of minimal accountability, resulting in a challenge for people who really want to get things done.

Pros

The culture is great. I know that's a subjective factor, but ISG's works for me. They care about the employees without it being a "we're all like family" company; you can still have boundaries. Individuals have opportunities for growth if they want it, and I see that extra effort actually being recognized and appreciated. It seems that leadership is aware of issues and tries to fix them (even if the solution can be slow to be implemented)

Cons

Could improve communication/explanations regarding changes. It's not always clear WHY something is happening even though there were definitely multiple meetings prior to making the decision. More/improved on-boarding/training programs are needed

Pros

good benefits, 401k, health insurance, hybrid schedule, mature company with a lot of policies in place, friendly employees

Cons

inconsistent leadership, poor middle management, managers and leadership pick favorites, managers and leaders lack basic skills to use software and technology
