The environment is abrasive to employees, especially FEMALES. Company server went down' not long ago and virused many investigator's personal computers, There is no case management system for the investigators to review files or submit updates and reports - everything is submitted on word documents including timesheets. Pay is, well, way below average for the industry. (Most) females are paid far less than male investigators. SIU is paid flat rate and if you don't take 20 pictures and include on your report, you may be threatened with non-payment.
